Meet Our Team
Chris Radosta serves as President and CEO for Unity Works Lighting. In this role Chris is responsible for growing our base of client partners while ensuring we are utilizing all our available resources to understand the depths of our current client base and serving all their needs. Chris is passionate about World Class Service and often credits companies like Ritz Carlton and Chick-Fill-A for their mastery of service concepts and for serving as a beacon for Unity Works to aspire to achieve.
Chris earned a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State. He started his career in the world headquarters of UPS where, over 15 years, he led teams responsible for project accounting, intellectual property management, business development, and corporate real estate. Most recently Chris spent nearly 6 years running the project division of one of the nation’s largest lighting distributors.
Chris volunteers as the Treasurer at the Atlanta Dream Center, an organization focused on the reach, rescue and restoration Atlanta’s youth as well as working feverishly toward eradicating human trafficking.
Chris lives in Cumming with his wife Chrissy, and with their 3 children Nicholas, Brooklyn & Lana. He enjoys attending and coaching their sporting events and squeezing in a round of golf when possible.
Gary Duran comes to Unity with almost 30 years of accounting experience. Gary’s main responsibilities include overseeing and managing accounting, finance, and human resources, management of company finances, management of financial risks, safeguarding of Unity assets, and securing new funding based on forecasting needs.
Gary worked his way through college and received his undergraduate degree from North Georgia College. He continued his education and received his Master’s degree from Brenau University. His career spans mostly from foreign manufacturing companies, and Gary has been privileged to travel to parent companies in Germany and Japan for business.
Gary is passionate about his work and has a can-do attitude in all that he takes on. He loves the feeling of achievement when the company succeeds.
Gary is a native of Forsyth County, and has lived in North Georgia all his life. Gary is married with two children and currently resides in Cumming. In his time off, Gary likes to travel internationally, and has a dream of visiting all European countries. Gary also likes to play golf when time permits and is an avid Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons fan.

Kevin joined the Navy out of high school where he served aboard the USS Coronado in San Diego for 4 years as an Electronic Warfare Technician. Once he fulfilled his commitment, he went to work for Rogers Electric where he spent 18 years and achieved the roll of National Director of Operations. For the last two years he has been putting has vast multi-site project work experience to work for Unity Works Lighting serving as the company’s COO since joining the team in 2018. Kevin currently lives in the Dallas-Acworth area with his wife Mandy and is the father of two daughters Avery and Sydney. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family watching soccer and football as well as service to his church.
A native of Akron, Ohio, Todd serves as the V.P. of Operations for Unity Works Lighting and brings over 15 years of operational and production management experience with him. Todd helped start Unity and spent the first two years in the field teaching and mentoring the technicians. He also spent time installing and as a Service Manager. Todd shared his commitment, integrity and principles with the field technicians to teach them that Unity was going to be a different Lighting company and that shows today. Todd’s commitment to work hard and never take a short cut for our customers is one of Unity's strengths in the Lighting industry.
Todd resides in Kennesaw, GA and enjoys cooking and playing golf in his spare time.
